SuperMarket Walks and Talks
Ever wonder what it means when a store item reads “low fat” or “no trans fat”? Did you know that the FDA allows false advertisement on the front of a product? If you are like everyone else in America trying to lose weight, 85% of the equation is eating right. My mission is to educate you and make you aware of the benefits of a healthy diet. We will examine the nutritional label so you know what you’re putting in you and your family’s body. You may claim that you currently eat healthy, but the truth lies in the nutritional panel. top

Spinal Flow
This program works the core muscles supporting the spinal column. Spinal Flow makes the spinal column more flexible, releasing blocked areas and working muscles that have atrophied due to lack of use. This program uses undulating motions to release tightness and promotes flexibility by working to create movement in all 24 vertebrae (front, back, side to side and rotation) and sacral area. The exercises are gentle and done while sitting on a chair or on a mat. By stimulating the movement of fluids in the body, muscles and disc cartilage become rehydrated and nourished. top

Belly Dance - NO CLASS ON SEPTEMBER 30
This ancient dance form has survived for over 25,000 years for a reason: it works. It is still used for healing, exercise and sacred dance in many countries. It may be the first mind-body connecting exercise created and has been called a woman’s prayer in motion. What has come to be called Belly Dance is a beautiful expression of grace in movement itself. It is an excellent exercise for posture, flexibility, coordination, range of motion, balance, stimulates the mind, and increases self confidence. It is known as a lifetime dance due to its benefits and is a dance for women of all ages, sizes and dance experience. top
