Lunch Bunch ProgramsCome join the new and improved Lunch Bunch at the 'J' Our programs are now offered on a daily basis from 12:00pm until 1:30pm with lunch being served and programming for 45 minutes. Stretch-n-Grow Fitness and Gymnastics Mondays: 8/23 - 12/6 This comprehensive class includes warm-up, cardio, strength training, coordination work, cool-down and stretching, all the while having fun on adventures with songs, equipment, stories and games. Each class concludes with a dynamic discussion on health related topics, such as exercise, nutrition, hygiene, self-esteem and muscle recognition. |
Karate with Sensel Jim Tuesdays: 8/24 - 12/7 Classes are safe, FUN, high energy and taught in a structured environment that challenges children both physically and behaviorally. We teach a dynamic age-appropriate curriculum that enables students to develop their skills and grow in self-confidence and character |
Dance Class with Jessica Beran Wednesdays: 8/25 - 12/8 This program explores movement, basic ballet technique, and simple dance steps such as chase, gallop, skips, kicks, turns and jumps. A wide variety of props and music are used to enhance movement training in this fun and creative dance program. |

French Class with Miss FlorentinaThursdays: 8/26 - 12/9 Our one and only Miss Florentina Rosca Ph.D. is here and so excited to bring in her French culture and background for a lunch bunch class introducing your children to pronunciation, greetings, colors, and animals and much more, teaching through games, dictation, songs and mixed media. |
Wee Little Arts Fridays: 8/27 - 12/10 Wee Little Arts is an amazing art program engaging children in a step-by-step process for developing young minds though drawing, painting, sculpting and mixed media. These concepts are taught through art history and age-appropriate children’s literature. This is one of the best arts programs around, so be sure to register your child now! |
Tot Shabbat Club Fridays: 8/27 - 12/10 Tot Shabbat is a program designed for the under-five age group. Your little ones will learn a program full of Shabbat songs, spirit and tradition. We’ll share the Kiddush and the Challah and light the candles. The Rabbis and their wives around the community are helping sponsor this event. |
